Contingency Search

The contingency search is a cost-effective way for our clients to find talent to fill permanent positions. Using a contingency search option means our clients do not pay a fee unless Excelsus fills the position.

Retained Search

The retained search requires the client to pay an up-front fee to have Excelsus initiate a candidate search for a specific position. Retained searches require an exclusive search agreement between Excelsus and the client.

Staff Augmentation

Staff augmentation allows clients to acquire professional resources on a temporary contract basis to provide a specific service our augmented skill set. Staff augmentation allows the client to meet short-term staffing.

IT Consulting

Excelsus provides IT Consulting to companies on a project-by-project basis. Our areas of specialty are 311 Call Center design and analysis, Help Desk Design and Analysis, technology outsourcing and Project Management.
